Saturday Schedule

Okay... here it goes...

I RECIEVED THIS EMAIL FROM THE HEAD HONCHOS:

MANAGERS PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURE SCHEDULE AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR TEAM AT THE SMALL GRASSY AREA RIGHT ACROSS THE PARKING AREA AT FIELD #1 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PICTURE TIME. ALSO HAVE YOUR PARENTS PLEASE BRING IN THERE RAFFLE TICKETS AND BRING TO ME OR ANY OF THE DIRECTORS BY FRIDAY IF POSSIBLE.
I WILL SEND OUT GAME TIMES FOR OPENING DAY AGAIN TOMORROW AFTER OUR MEETING IN THE A-FRAME BUILDING AT THE PARK. ALL IS WELCOME TO ATTEND THE MEETING IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT OPENING DAY. THE TIME IS AT 7PM. SCHEDULES WILL BE FINALIZED TOMORROW ALSO SO EXPECT THEM BEFORE THE WEEK-END.

Cardinals T-Ball photos: 9:40am (Be there at 9:30am)
Your team is scheduled for pictures at the time listed. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Photographers do not carry change. Pictures will be mailed to the player’s home at the address they print on the envelopes. Envelopes need to be filled out neatly and completely and include payment (cash,
check or money order).


Opening Ceremonies is at 10am

Game begins at 12:00

PLEASE BRING ME YOUR RAFFLE TICKETS (BLUE AND WHITE) AND MONEY FOR YOUR WHITE TICKETS TO PRACTICE ON THURSDAY. I HAVE TO TURN THEM IN ON FRIDAY.

Everyone please pack your child plenty of snacks and water or Gatorade. Also, I am not sure what the weather will be like, but I would suggest letting the children wear a long sleeve shirt under their jerseys.

Next, .... I still have no clue when uniforms will be in. I am going to try my best to get up with someone and have them ready by Friday. PLEASE check this website to see if they are in and where to pick them up. If you can't pick them up, then you can get them before pictures on Saturday.
